Summer is here (I think!). Although it's still a bit cool here in Montreal I am just as excited as ever to be able to go outdoors and sit among the trees in my backyard. Papervore Coffee Table

In this age of identity theft shredding has become "de rigeur" in most households. However, most of us would not correlate shredded paper with design. Lucky for us the guys over at Pigeontail Design did and came up with the Papervore coffee table. This coffee table cum paper shredder would be a practical addition to any home. Made of power-coated bent aluminum, it has a mahogany and oak shelf and removable acrylic box. I wonder what they'll think up next!

I'm sitting here looking at the scarf that I am in the process of knitting and will hopefully one day share with you, thinking about what the first item I will put on this blog will be.

There are so many interesting things out there that it is hard for me to choose. I love all things involving home design. Plus I have a strong penchant for handmade and eco-friendly things as well.
